Singing is a human right. Just sing along!

The latest precious find along my way is ikigai; something I did not know I needed to discover. Teaching was always complimentary to both my creative and earn-my-keep routine. It has gifted me much more than I offered it; with every session I've been becoming a better singer and, more importantly, a better person. My ikigai is to break not only my muzzle (you may not believe it but I've been living with one as well) but each person's. Don't get me started on what happened to singing for no reason but it is indeed a right stripped from us, the people! I am not sure if I am able to start a revolution but I am good enough to shed a light to this incredible, human craft rooting in the core of our existence. I dream of the day when singing-along will replace unnecessary raging or superficial connecting.

I wish to devote more of my time on the sing-along utopia. My practice can be beneficial for the least confident and established vocalists alike. Reconditioning the functionality of your voice within your body improves your well-being and simplifies the approach of your voice while more traditional warm-ups and technique sinks in empowering your vocal presence.

I do have a number of regular (weekly or so) slots available for one-to-one practicing at my ambient, spacious studio in Edinburgh. I am regularly in Athens as well where you could book a block of sessions. I am organising group workshops and sing-along sessions as well which will mostly be free or pay-what-you-want. Please, get in touch if you are interested or are a member of a community interested in my practice.

For one-to-one sessions You may choose between 60' or 90' sessions; I encourage you to think about it after our trial. A session can be longer or shorter; it is rather a cycle that needs to be completed at your own pace (and mine, actually). I suggest allowing some time after your session before your next scheduled activity. I also encourage you to allow yourself sufficient time to arrive at the session, both mentally and physically. I schedule only a few staggered sessions during the day to allow for these necessary breaks. You can book and pay for each session individually if you wish to have some flexibility. Consider choosing 90' sessions in this case, and bear in mind that you might not always be able to practice the day and time you wish. Please, cancel at least 24 hours before our scheduled session. You can also pay a flat fee each month, the same for 4 or 5 sessions, and have a consistent and regular practice. You may request a rescheduling of a session at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. I cannot, however, guarantee flexibility around rescheduling or skipping a session, especially if you give me shorter notice. If I have to cancel a session, I will strive to reschedule at your convenience. If this is not possible and you have prepaid for the session or you pay monthly, I will either deduct the amount from your next payment or refund you. In case of emergency, you may cancel anytime, including within 24 hours ahead of your sessions. In this case, I will offer you a new date and time or freeze your monthly payment accordingly. In case you depend on a parent, guardian or carer, we will all discuss and make a choice whether their presence in the session is beneficial or not.
